ACDP Terms and Conditions of this Agreement
- I understand that Waterline Technology will send me the products selected on the ACDP enrollment form at the frequency and quantity specified unless I notify Waterline Technology of any changes or cancellations.
- I understand that the specific products that I have chosen may be discontinued or updated.
- I authorize Waterline to establish an automatic credit or debit card arrangement for the amount specified on the enrollment form each year before shipment.
- Upon receipt of written notification, via email, fax, or phone, I understand that I have the right to cancel this enrollment until 15 days before shipment.
- I understand that this agreement will become null and void if the credit card on file has expired, been cancelled, or been stolen, unless a new card number or expiration date is provided.
Extended Lifetime Warranty
Your Waterline Technology Alwaysfresh system limited warranty can be extended for one year if the system is maintained according to the instruction manual. Change your Alwaysfresh system cartridge at the frequency recommended by Waterline Technology.
Waterline Technology recommends replacing cartridges when water flow is significantly reduced or after one year, whichever comes first (for most of our cartridges). Proof of purchase under this extended warranty is your responsibility.
ACDP Enrolled Customers’ proof of purchase is updated automatically with each cartridge delivery. This extended warranty covers the permanent head assembly, fittings, and dispensing faucet (if purchased from Waterline) but is subject to the faucet manufacturer’s warranty. If any of these parts fail within the extended warranty period, Waterline Technology will repair or replace the parts at no charge.
Note: This warranty applies only to Waterline Technology parts. Labor is not included.
