Find your cartridge

Pick your model from the cartridges below – use Residential or Food Services categories to narrow the list. Your model number is printed on the cartridge you’re replacing.

Set your schedule

Choose how often you want a replacement cartridge, from 3 to 36 months. Your ACDP price appears as soon as you select. You can also set the date of your first shipment.

Confirm your order

Subscribe, enter your payment details, and you’re enrolled. Your card is charged at checkout; your selected date sets when the cartridge ships. Your discount and Extended Lifetime Warranty apply immediately.

Program details

Enrolling in the ACDP authorizes Waterline Technology to:

  1. Ship your replacement cartridge or cartridges at the frequency you select, at the list price in effect at the time of shipment, for as long as you remain enrolled.
  2. Charge your card on file for the cartridge, applicable sales tax, and shipping before each shipment.

While enrolled, you receive:

  1. A 15% discount off current list price.
  2. Automatic enrollment in our Extended Lifetime Warranty.
  3. Automatic proof of purchase, updated with every delivery.

Your first cartridge ships at the frequency you selected; deliveries continue at that interval for the length of your enrollment (and can be changed at any time).

  1. Waterline Technology will send the products you selected at the frequency and quantity specified, unless you notify us of a change or cancellation.
  2. The specific products you choose may be discontinued or updated over time.
  3. You authorize an automatic credit or debit card charge for the amount specified at enrollment, before each shipment.
  4. You may cancel up to 15 days before a scheduled shipment by notifying us in writing by email, by fax, or by phone.
  5. This agreement becomes void if the card on file expires or is cancelled, replaced, or reported stolen, unless you provide updated card details.

Your Alwaysfresh system’s limited warranty extends by one year when the system is maintained according to the instruction manual and cartridges are replaced at the recommended frequency.

We recommend replacing a cartridge when water flow drops noticeably or after one year, whichever comes first, for most cartridges.

Coverage includes the permanent head assembly, fittings, and dispensing faucet if purchased from Waterline, subject to the faucet manufacturer’s warranty. If a covered part fails during the extended warranty period, we repair or replace it at no charge.

Applies to Waterline Technology parts only. Labor is not included. Proof of purchase is required, and is maintained automatically for enrolled customers.
